We’ll help you collect payment, your guest pays securely through FlightHut.
More than half of all reservation requests are accepted within two hours of being received. The vast majority of hosts reply within 12 hours.
If a host confirms your request, your payment is processed and collected by Stripe in full. If a host declines your request or the request expires, we don’t process your payment.
It is easy to become a FlightHut host and it’s always free to create a listing. Host must undergo our background check beforehand. Entire apartments and homes, private rooms, are just a few of the properties hosts have made available exclusively for aviation employees.

Potential guest must send direct message first. After initial message is sent, you will have their contact using FlightHut. You will also be able to click on their name in invoice.
The Host fee and Service fee is 3%
When Someone booked into your listing you will get paid
FlightHut uses Stripe for processing payment to host. It can take up to 5-7 business days.
Host do not have to get insurance, however we encourage host to have short term housing insurance while using FlightHut. Having insurance will protect host from potential damages to the home while guest are living in their home.

If you have different options such as private room, single room, and entire place for your FlightHut listing, you have to add individual FlightHut listings.
You have to create Individual FlightHut listing to share options.
